Refund & Return Policy
All Sales Are Final — Wholesale Orders Due to the perishable nature of our products, all wholesale orders are considered final upon shipment confirmation. We do not accept returns based on change of order or buyer's remorse.
Damaged or Defective Products If you receive products that are damaged, defective, or unsellable upon arrival, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Photos of the damaged items and packaging
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
We will issue a replacement shipment or store credit at our discretion.
Incorrect Shipments If you receive the wrong items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Short Shipments / Missing Items Claims for missing items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with supporting documentation (photos, delivery receipt).
Return Authorization No returns will be accepted without a prior Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by our team. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender.
Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable or temperature-sensitive products
- Items that have been opened, used, or relabeled
- Products past their best-by date at time of return request
