Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Perishable & Temperature-Sensitive Products Expedited shipping may be required for certain products. We are not responsible for spoilage caused by carrier delays beyond our control.
Damaged in Transit If goods arrive damaged, retain all packaging and contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will file a carrier claim and arrange a replacement.
Address Accuracy Buyer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Re-delivery fees due to incorrect addresses are the buyer's responsibility.
